This class is a choreographed program that provides a well-rounded exercise experience while having fun with a group.

The Gymnasium will be closed on April 11 through April 14 at 2 PM for our annual floor recoating. Please note our Passover hours: Saturday, 4/12, open from 7AM – 3PM. Sunday 4/13 facility is closed. Monday 4/14 facility is open for fitness/wellness 5 AM to 10 PM. The JCafe will be closed from April 12-20 for Passover. Thank you, and Chag Sameach!
