Stand Tall (Summer)

Improve posture and balance through exercises focusing on core and leg strength.

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 9 AM–3 PM, July 14–18 for Jump Ball Camp, and due to construction delays with the new flooring installation, the Pilates Studio will now reopen Monday, July 21 with an abridged Reformer and Mat schedule in place during this time.
