Strength & Balance

March 3 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Warmup followed by strength utilizing both weights and exercise bands. Balance practice both stationery and walking ending with stretch.

Please note: The gymnasium will be closed from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM on Wednesday, June 19 due to Next Gen Hoops Camp. Thank you for your understanding.
